How often to change the hydraulic oil for the cutting machine?
Cutting machines are mostly hydraulically driven, and the reliability and stability of the machine are mostly controlled by hydraulic components. It can be seen that the hydraulic oil is critical to the machine! I have seen one machine which has been used for 4 years without replacing its’s hydraulic oil. It will undoubtedly cause great damage to the machine.
So how often to change the hydraulic oil for the cutting machine?
Generally speaking, the new machine is replaced the hydraulic oil after 10 months of first refueling, and then replace it every year. Clean the filter at the same time as changing the oil (the filter need to be inspected and cleaned every three months)! Of course, this cycle can be extended or shortened according to your own use environment.
Some people will say what a waste! In fact, the cost to change oil is not very large, because there will be a lot of foreign matter in the oil when the hydraulic oil is used for a certain time, but most of the oil is clean. We only need to precipitate and filter out foreign impurities, and most of the oil can continue to be used. The purpose of changing oil is only to remove foreign objects and impurities in hydraulic oil and replenish some new oil.
